Member NAMI of Tulare Co since 1997. Daughter was 14 when she had psychotic break, diagnosis, severe schizophrenia, lost 2 children because of wrong meds after the birth of her 2nd. She was a wonderful mother and judge stated we cannot even visit them. They were both adopted out immediately. I tried getting legal counsel but no one wanted to take Tulare Co. CWS on. It was discrimination period.
