Megan has been working at Larkin Street Youth Services since September 2005. She is passionate about developing opportunities for youth to grow both personally and professionally. As the Manager of YouthForce, a 4 week vocational training program for 16-24 year olds, she builds collaborations with businesses and individuals to create work opportunities where young people have the chance to earn money, gain job skills and give back to their communities. Megan has a B.A. in Urban Studies and Sociology from Barnard College in New York City. She is a proud member of the LGBTQ community, and a proud member of the Larkin Street community.
