I am a program manager with mental health services in Fairfax County, Virginia. Have worked for the county for 26 years. Am a licenced clinical social worker. We have developed a program called Access that provides quick, easy access services for clients with a mental health complaint. It's a very humane, low barrier, less paperwork-intensive program that meets the needs of many of our clients but for those who need more, we refer them on into our system or out to the community.
