Working on a Non-profit Organization called: HEARTFELT DIRECTIONS (HD) A Sole-Proprietor non-profit Organization helping people that are in poverty to self-sufficiency through a worker/housing Co-Op. Teaching them to run and manage the business until they become self-sufficient.Focused on extending organizational and administrative expertise with an education program (an adult Montessori-like program) to help the client not only learn life skills, money management and keep employment but it will also ascend them into a level of entrepreneurial knowledge and hopefully on to entrepreneurial ownership.The funding organization (HD) would be the point purchasing power for all that is needed for the benefit of poverty stricken clients to be self sufficient. Housing funding, and commercial start-ups to individual worker/housing cooperatives (WHCs).
