As a Departmental Specialist working in the Service Innovation and Consultation Section of the State of Michigan's Department of Community Health, my role includes researching, disseminating and overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices and best practice models across Michigan’s public mental health system, and providing program review, technical assistance and consultation to providers in support of more complete transformation to a recovery-oriented system of care.
