Partnership for Change is a training curriculum that can be used with the SAMHSA/CMHS sponsored instructional video set, Transformation through Partnerships: Systems Change to End Chronic Homelessness. Partnership for Change was crafted in response to target audience requests for training exercises that help them get started in creating community partnerships such as those depicted in the partnering videos.
This tool is a “How-to-Guide” for developing community partnerships to end chronic homelessness. Partnership for Change responds to the great diversity in community programs addressing homelessness with a structure that allows communities to choose learning scenarios that most closely reflect their actual community settings. It is being crafted in response to target audience requests for training exercises that help them get started in creating community partnerships. The curriculum illustrates effective partnering strategies practiced by award winning community service organizations such as those depicted in the Transformation through Partnerships videos.
