Description:
Analysis of a national study suggests that low-income children are at an increased risk of homelessness and housing instability. Over half of the children who experienced homelessness by age five moved more than three times during that period. Homelessness, coupled with frequent moves, puts children at risk for negative developmental outcomes. (Authors)
