This report summarizes presentations and discussion from the Roundtable on Mental Health Services Evaluation in Frontier States held in April 1998. The roundtable was sponsored by the Evaluation Center@HSRI (TEC) and the Mental Health Program of the Western Interstate Commission on Higher Education (WICHE). The purpose of the roundtable was to identify evaluation technical assistance needs of state mental health programs in selected frontier states. This report concludes with recommendations for individual and multi-state technical assistance, and a description of collaborative efforts between TEC and WICHE to provide technical assistance to frontier states.
