HRC/PATH Free Webcast: Motivational Interviewing in Action: Integrating MI Across Your Agency

Presented by Buddy Garfinkle & Nancy Schneeloch

How can an agency integrate Motivational Interviewing (MI) across all levels of the organization? Join presenters from Bridgeway Rehabilitation Services in Elizabeth, NJ, a grantee of SAMHSA's Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program. Participants will learn how Bridgeway created an Implementation Plan for Teaching, Supervising, and Supporting MI in Community–Based Services. Buddy Garfinkle and Nancy Schneeloch will share lessons learned and offer strategies for integrating MI into the daily work of an agency, sustaining the practice, and teaching and supporting MI through staff supervision. They will also discuss how MI impacts program outcomes.
