SAMHSA’s Evidence-Based Practices KITs (KITs) provide information on implementing evidence- based and promising practices.
The KITs were restructured to enhance coherence, user friendliness, and accessibility. Each KIT provides information on implementing evidence-based practices, such as assertive community treatment, family psychoeducation, and supportive housing. By coupling print products with videos, PowerPoint presentations, and electronic documents, the KITs take advantage of mixed media formats and different learning styles. The KITs include 508-compliant versions of all of the booklets, brochures, and videos to meet Government standards and increase accessibility to all audiences.
