A collaboration of 4 organizations including the New York State Office of Mental Health, the Center was set up to promote the integration of research, policy and practice in public mental health. The Center was funded in September 1993 under a grant from the National Institute of Mental Health that continued through August 2005. This web-site is being maintained as an archive of the many projects, conferences, publications and other activities of this Center that were produced during this period.
