Description: The most comprehensive count of the homeless in Los Angeles. Applied Survey Research (ASR)conducted the survey, which showed an estimated 1 out of 110 people in LA County is homeless on any night and 1 out of 40 will experience homelessness annually. California's homeless population (195,637 at the time of this report) is the highest in the nation, more than double Flordia (68,369). Fourty-six percent of California's total homeless population is located in LA county.
