This report presents the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the New York State Commission on Quality of Care concerning individuals with developmental disabilities who are possibly homeless. The Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities was provided an opportunity to review and comment on the report and concurs with the Commission's conclusions and recommendations.
