This chart describes the basic eligibility requirements for SSI. The back of this chart provides additional information about benefits provided by the states. Yes, I agree with Sarah Paige. If you type "SOAR" into the HRC website Search box there are a number of updated and helpful resources.

I agree that information need to be updated...resources I have provided to others thru my past job position is an embarassment and I wish I could be of more assistance to the families I came in contact with..

Hey Jay! I looked around, and did not find a more current version of this from Social Security. However, there are some great resources in here that are more current. Type in "Stepping Stones" or "SOAR" in the search box for links to more recent and informative stuff.
