ROOF is committed to providing for the safety, support, and overall well-being of homeless youth and youth-at-risk, age 12-25, in the Waterloo Region. Our objective is to maintain the health/safety of street youth, by providing resources/services that will allow them to make positive choices to end the cycle of homelessness. We offer resources and linkages that will enable youth to devlop the self-care skills needed to survive.

Our programs/services are based on unconditional, positive regard. They include skills training, group and/or 1-1 counseling, family mediation, referrals, housing support, outreach, hot meals, food hampers shower and laundry facilities, advocacy, access to prescription medication subsidies, access to medical care, clothing, recreational opportunities and public education regarding homelessness.
