Funders Together to End Homelessness logo Funders Together web site
Funders Together to End Homelessness is the only national network for grantmakers working to end homelessness. Originally created in 2004 as the Partnership to End Long-Term Homelessness, Funders Together was re-launched as an independent 501(c)(3) organization in 2010.

Funders Together harnesses philanthropy’s expanding potential for impact and change to help end homelessness in America. Through Funders Together, members have a unique forum to:
  1. Create partnerships at the local, regional, and national levels;
  2. Access tools and resources to improve strategic grantmaking, convening, and advocacy;
  3. Advocate for a systems approach and long-term solutions that prevent and end homelessness; and
  4. Educate the broader philanthropic community about effective collaboration.
