Make this resource center for global use and benefit. I am from Bangladesh. A country with 150 million people with 80 per cent people living in rural area. I live in the capital city Dhaka with 15 million people of which four million live in shanties and on footpath.
Housing rights are constitutional rights of the people. But homeless people do not have any platform or organization to negotiate with government.

This is where we default, i believe we citizens need to make an allout effort to bring up the system, if the system is at fault, whether that system is controlled by government or otherwise, this is no way means that the government is not doing its bit. It may be, but we can add up to that effort.
