Vision

Effective systems of care for persons experiencing co-occurring disorders and persons who are homeless.

Mission

CHAB supports CSAT's mission by promoting a public health approach to systems of care for persons with COD and persons who are homeless.

CHAB accomplishes its mission by:

  • Furthering the learning community;
  • Providing leadership to CSAT and its customers on the translation, adaptation, adoption, and dissemination of services based on lessons learned from CSAT activities;
  • Serving as a resource to SAMHSA and the field on issues related to co-occurring disorders and homelessness;
  • Embracing CSAT's constituency across the lifespan in all activities; and
  • Providing excellent service to our customers.
