Permanent Supportive Housing KIT

Services in Supportive Housing (SSH) Grantees are at the forefront of service delivery innovation, each site employing evidence-based practices (EBP), proven effective with homeless populations. One particular, Permanent Supportive Housing, has gained national and international support as an effective method to resolving the epidemic of chronic homelessness.

In 2010, the Center for Mental Health Service (CMHS), releases the permanent supportive housing (PSH) Knowledge Informing Transformation (KIT) guide, which includes eight documents that provide the foundation for establishing and maintaining a successful PSH program. Here you can access each of the associated documents.
