• On-line learning opportunities.
• Networking and collaboration.
Our Mission
We seek to improve the lives of people affected by homelessness who have mental health conditions, substance use issues, and histories of trauma.
Our Principles
• Foster a trauma-informed recovery system.
• Integrate consumers in all of our activities.
• Ensure cultural and linguistic competence.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration at all levels.
Our Goals
• Increase awareness, knowledge of resources, and capacity to help.
• Integrate and transform homelessness service systems.
• Access mainstream services for people experiencing homelessness.
• Support implementation of 10-Year Plans to End Homelessness.
• Support the uniqueness of PATH and its integration within ProviderWeb.
• Coordinate ProviderWeb activities with other federal efforts.
