Project H.O.M.E. of Philadelphia, PA operates a safe haven program with a total of 65 beds. Visit this Web site to learn how these residences provide a point of entry for men and women who are chronically homeless with a mental illness coming off the streets. In addition to shelter and meals, residents have access to health care, case management, mental health and recovery services to help them stabilize their lives and begin to take steps toward breaking the cycle of homelessness.
