What is burnout and why does it occur? Are there any warning signs? How can someone know when they are close to burnout? Can burnout be prevented?
Every person deals with stress differently. Some people engage in sports activities, others meditate, and some remain unsure about how to filter out daily stresses. Developing a process of coping with stress is one of the most important strategies for preventing burnout.

Take some time to understand your stress levels on a day to day basis. Talk with your employees or co-workers to find out how they are coping with stress in their lives. Plan some activities that will build morale and encourage them to be open.

This website focuses on issues related to stress relief and burnout. Also check out the "Related Resources" to the right of the screen.
