The Homeless Programs Branch Transformation Action Guide is one of two electronic products created for DSSI that provide guided navigation through a series of issue briefs and fact sheets. HPB is a compendium of materials that provide practical solutions to the key challenges facing communities in creating a transformed service system that meets the needs of persons who are homeless and have mental illnesses and or substance use disorders.

The printed materials are made available and used to support conference presentations, workshops and trainings. An electronic CD-ROM version is also available. The interactive CD-ROM encourages user self-direction through electronic issue briefs and fact sheets, videos, web links, and key PDF resources. (Authors)
